My x is sueing me for full custody of my 14 yr old daughter. I was just served the papers on 4-29-10, and was notitied of a hearing to rule temp cusotdy on 5-19-10. Is this something you could help me with?

I’m trying to travel outside of the US with my son and daughter. I have been trying to get the biological father who is on the birth certificate to sign and notorize the correct form, but he will not do so. He is on the birth certificate, but we were never married, therefore giving me sole custody of our children. I would like to be able to travel with my two children without depending on him for permission. I haven’t been able to communicate with him. I do know that he has been arrested recently in Gwinnett County. How much would something like this cost?
