I have over 200k in credit card debt making 20K this year spouse maybe 15k we have 3 paid off cars all not worth much and two house one we owe 65k and tax assement 78k, the othe 190k and tax assement 202k what woould be your fee for a chapter 7.

  2. We have several needs, but the first listed is the most immediate:

    1. Eviction of tenant for not paying rent for October or November
    2. Options available regarding foreclosure, short sale, bankruptcy, etc – we have 2 properties, can’t sell the one we don’t live in, have drained savings b/c of the monthly loss, and obviously this can’t go on as our quality of life has been negatively affected
    3. Will/estate planning
    4. Administration of my late brother’s estate, as I am the executor

Obviously we are very low on available funds so we may have to tackle these items as we are able to afford them – but we do like the flat rate concept and are anxious to see what we can expect to pay, as well as your opinions on these matters. The sooner the better – I am available after 1:30 Wednesday 11/25, all day Friday 11/27, and lunch hours Monday 11/30 and Tuesday 12/1.

    Hello,

My HOA Board and Lueder,Larkin & Hunter have filed suit against me for the second time regarding unpaid monthly dues. The Board has been extremely unreasonable and has not acted in good faith. This has been going on since 2007.

I would like to set an appointment to meet with you for early next week.

    Thank you so much,
    Gloria Sibo

I am interested in setting up a telephone consultation on what I expect to be an uncontested divorce. The main difficulty I foresee is that it will need to largely be conducted via internet or telephone as I live in Louisiana and my wife lives in Atlanta. We were married in Georgia and lived together there for more than six years before I moved to Louisiana (11/2008) and she still lives there. I prefer to divorce in Georgia as Louisiana is a community property state and I suspect I will fare better under equitable division rules.

    Thank you,

    Paul McKay

I’m trying to travel outside of the US with my son and daughter. I have been trying to get the biological father who is on the birth certificate to sign and notorize the correct form, but he will not do so. He is on the birth certificate, but we were never married, therefore giving me sole custody of our children. I would like to be able to travel with my two children without depending on him for permission. I haven’t been able to communicate with him. I do know that he has been arrested recently in Gwinnett County. How much would something like this cost?

  13. My x is sueing me for full custody of my 14 yr old daughter. I was just served the papers on 4-29-10, and was notitied of a hearing to rule temp cusotdy on 5-19-10. Is this something you could help me with?
