We charge a mutually agreed upon fixed flat fee which will not change unless the scope of our representation changes. Should we settle a clients’ case sooner than we anticipated, we’ll refund any un-used portion of the fee back to the client. The fixed flat fee allows the client to communicate with us as often as they’d like without having to worry about spending more money. The client is able to work with us on the specifics of their case and provide more insight without having to worry about the clock running. A fixed flat fee affords the client the ability to budget for their legal expenses versus having to wait for their legal bill to arrive every month in the mail.
